JL - 8.10.15 66426 & 66548 3J11 Carlisle - Carlisle, Smardale

My first shot of the 2015 RHTT season, and I opted for a new location for this working. It's 66s in charge again but we have at least a degree of variety with the hire arrangements for a FHH 66 by DRS. With traction demands for the Cumbria based firm stretching their fleet to the limit they've hired in a loco from FHH who must have some spare locos as a result of the downturn in coal volumes. In a very Autumnal scene 66426 leads 66548 as they forge north with 3J11 on the final leg of this epic diagram's travels.
