Leaving Birmingham at 12pm there was a chance I could get back to the S&C for the afternoon freights. Heading up the M6 it was raining as I left the Midlands but bright Autumnal sunshine as I reached Kendal.I decided that I may be just in time for the logs so I left the M6 at Sedburgh and dashed through Garsdale to reach Shaw Paddock just in time for a shot a new location. In glorious light 66849 'Wylam Dilly' heads south between Shaw Paddock and Shotlock Hill with 6J37 Carlisle - Chirk.
