5.12.12 - 66598 4M75 Leeds Hunslet - Carlisle Yard, Lunds

Shortly after the sun rose above the fells to the south 66598 worked north through Lunds at Grisedale Crossing with 4M75 Leeds Hunslet - Carlisle Yard empty coal hoppers. Also picked out by the Winter sunlight is the frost on the stone wall in the foreground. Conditions today were some of the coldest Ive experienced whilst photographing the line.
