JL - 17.4.19 70807 6C89 Mountsorrel - Carlisle, Lunds

My first shot of the Mountsorrel ballast since it went over to Colas haulage. I got a couple of nice shots on the final two evenings under DRS but I'm really pleased with this. Especially because some high thin cloud disappeared just as I heard the working pass Garsdale. Lunds is one of my favourite locations for early evening workings in Spring and the work stained 70807 is seen powering away from Moorcock Tunnel towards Lunds cottages with 6C89 ballast for Carlisle Yard. How times have changed, not too long ago any working hauled by anything other then FHH or EWS/DBS would've been a rarity. Today all freights were in the hands of GBRf, Colas and DRS.
