JL - 7.2.18 66091 6E95 Kirkby Thore - Hull Coal terminal, Smardale

Look closely and you'll see some amusing chap has drawn a BR arrow into the grime on 66091. Perhaps a political statement about the benefits (or not!) of privatisation. Whatever the thinking, it's a cracking shot of 6E95 Kirkby Thore - Hull CT empty gypsum boxes on a clear cold day. I was keen to make more a feature of the lineside hut before the snow adorning it's rotting roof melted and slid off. It's a variation on my usual Smardale composition but certainly a pleasing result. The box wagons which I rather like, look well from this angle.
