JL - 3.12.19 60066 6E97 Kirkby Thore - Tees Dock, Smardale

My main target for the day was the southbound gypsum empties because I was unsure whether the diagram had reverted to shed haulage as per the local rumour. Luckily it hadn't and Silver Tug 60066 was still allocated. Seen passing Smardale in beautiful light with 2 panels lit the celebrity loco climbs south with 6E97 Kirkby Thore - Tees Dock. This is a variation on my prefered composition at Smardale as at this time of year a shadow from a tall tree falls across the line, it's still a classic view in my opinion.
