9.8.11 - 66510 6M32 Killoch - Ratcliffe, Crosby Garrett viaduct

Another grab shot on the way back from work this afternoon. Crossing the S&C on the M6 at Carlisle I saw a FHH 66 passing underneath the motorway with 6M32 Killoch -Ratcliffe. So I headed for a shot somewhere in the Eden Valley. In order to illustrate the very clear atmosphere we have been enjoying ever since a switch to a north westerly wind I chose the location above Crosby Garrett, which since the tree felling last year has opened up quite nicely. 66510 is seen climbing over the viaduct which spans the sleepy village with a dappled Pennine range rising high in the distance.
