25.11.08 - 66552 6E73 Chalmerston - West Burton, Angerholme

For a very short period I was the owner of a second-hand Fuji S3 Pro camera, I'd bought it as an experiment really however I found that when teamed with my Nikon lenses it didn't give me the same results as my old trusty D50. Of course everyone needs time to get used to new equipment, find the best settings etc for optimum results, but I became quite impatient with it and didn't want to miss a single shot. In the end it was sold on and this is the only image I have on my site taken with the S3. A longer focal length and lower angle was used at Angerholme to produce a powerful shot of 66552 'Maltby Raider' working slowly south with 6E73 Chalmerston - Drax FHH coal.
