10.2.11 - 66168 6E85 Hunterston - Drax, Angerholme

On a glorious February morning 66185 works 6E85 Hunterston - Drax loaded coal through Angerholme on the climb to Ais Gill. Although I'd done this location many times before, a shot of an ex-EWS liveried coal was missing from my collection at this location. So this filled a gap but also highlighted the new problem of the newly installed bright blue lineside drainage covers. I resolved that shots at this location in future would need to be from a lower angle to negate the intrusive effect.
