JL - 4.2.19 66434 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe, Low Frith

I had gambled on K05 being well loaded today and chosen a location that would suit a good load or double heading. 66434 had left Carlisle late with the lunchtime engineers and wasn't picking up time as she worked south to Crewe. This indicated the load was decent and I wasn't to be disappointed. Glowing in the low winter sunshine the DRS machine climbs slowly south into Mallerstang with a long rake of loaded track sections. Unfortunately some high cliud would take the edge of the light for the following log diagram. Still, one from two isn't bad.
