JL 29.5.15 37606 & 37423 2C42 17.37 Carlisle - Barrow, St Bees

As the low evening light was getting better and better and waves crashed on the shore with the incoming tide the final coastal route southbound working of the day rounded the curve at St Bees and followed the coastline south towards Nethertown. 37606 brings up the rear of 2C42 17.37 Carlisle - Barrow. Looking at this scene it's hard to imagine that I drove much of the way home in torrential rain.
