JL 23.5.15 37423 2C40 08.43 Carlisle - Barrow, Catt Gill

This was the one time all day that my detailed planning let me down and even then my estimate of sun position wasn't out by much. I had intended to be slightly further north before the lineside wall starts to replicate one of my favourite shots of Dave Macalone's at Catt Gill of an EWS 37 on rails. However, the shadows were still across the line at that position so I settled for a position just further south. It's still a very pleasant view of 37423 'Spirit of the Lakes' working slowly south at Catt Gill with 08.43 Carlisle - Barrow.
