JL - 24.4.20 68032 'Destroyer' 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe, Ais Gill MP 260

With the UK on corona virus lock down, Government guidance allows us to go out for 1 hours exercise per day and even then this can't be too far from home. Realistically, this limits me to a stretch of the S&C and a very short section of the WCML.
I took my exercise today at Ais Gill in order to grab a shot of 6K05 which at present is the only freight running at this end of the S&C. Stone out of Arcow is running but apart from these two diagrams there's nothing else. A welcome change of traction came this week in the form of a 68 in place of the usual 66. TPE liveried 68032 'Destroyer' makes a very rare appearance on the S&C leading an attractive rake of track sections toward the summit in glorious Spring conditions.
