A very rare freight drew my attention away from the stamping ground today and with fine weather forecast for Barrow, in contrast to the torrential rain at Kirkby Stephen, it was an easy decision to head west. Under dramatic skies DRS's 68002 'Intrepid' thunders over the Duddon Estuary bridge at Ladyhall with 7X24 Barrow Marine Terminal - Sellafield. Sister DRS Cat 68005 'Defiant' brings up the rear.
