A quick dash over to the ELR this morning during a visit to Bolton for one of the lads birthdays produced this pleasing image at Summerseat viaduct. Apple-green GNR tank No.1477 doesn't quite fit into the Lancashire scene as she crosses the Irwell whilst working the 10.20 Bury - Rawtenstall.
