Happily DRS continues to supply 57 traction for 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe engineers and yet again today presented an opportunity to get the working in decent Spring light. Having spent years with nothing but GM traction to photograph on the S&C I'm reminding myself how fortunate we are to currently have something different to shoot. With a rake of rail carriers 57007 & 57012 climb the last few yards to the summit with the ever popular lunchtime diagram whilst a forboding shadow moves over the shoulder of Wild Boar Fell.
