14.4.10 - 66843 6J37 Carlisle - Chirk, Newbiggin

I already have a shot of the logs on the S&C at Birkett Common so I wanted to try the totally different location at Newbiggin. Although I'm generally pleased with the result, from such a tight angle you can't see the impressive timber load which for me makes this train so photogenic. So from now on I'll stick to more side-on than front-on locations. That said, Colas liveried 66843 makes for an imposing sight as she powers upgrade over Crowdundle beck viaduct with 6J37 Carlisle - Chirk logs.
