14.10.12 - 43296 & 43308 1S07 09.35 Doncaster - Edinburgh, Denton UWC - Tyne Valley (west to east)
I had a run out to the Tyne Valley line today to see a few of the lunchtime ECML diversions, hoping to capture a few images of diverted HSTs against the red and brown Autumn foilage along this attractive route. The weather didn't exactly oblige and there wasn't as much blue sky as forecast. I did however have around 20 mins sunshine at Denton user worked crossing which coincided with the passage of several diagrams. The first of which was 43296 & 43308 with 1S07 09.35 Doncaster - Edinburgh.
