Beautifully turned out Deltic D9000 'Royal Scots Grey' works away from Carlisle at Petteril Bridge Junc with LSL / InterCity's 'Deltic Delight' tour from Wolverhampton to Carlisle and return via ECML. Thankfully the weather above the border city was far better then forecast and set against the changing colours of the background trees the former ECML racer looked and sounded fantastic.
