A dull day greeted LNER A1 'Pacific' No. 60163 'Tornado' as she worked south through Greengates with 1Z69 Carlisle - Hellified, which was just one leg of a longer Northern Belle excursion. I've attempted some minor processing to try to recreate the type of shots from the 1960s when displaced former ECML racers worked regularly over the S&C off Holbeck depot. The type of shot that drew me to the S&C originally and which I still enjoy in books today.
