JL - 31.12.19 66434 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe, Greengates 2

The decade was to bow out in style as the final day of 2019 brought bright and clear conditions across the north. It had been a dry and cloudy Christmas with very limited opportunities to get out to the lineside. Luckily enough K05 was operating and had a decent consist in tow, it has been very variable of late. It was too much to ask that I might get some decent traction but in the end it seemed appropriate that I bagged this shot of an S&C regular at a classic location in lovely low winter light. Hopefully 2020 will bring many more like this!
