4.5.13 - 66850 6J37 Carlisle - Chirk, Appleby

The forecast for this Saturday was fine, clear and warm however what we got was far from it. The best of the weather was further north just after lunchtime and we headed out with the whole family in tow for the expected log diagram. Within around 30mins we saw 3 freights, a north and southbound FHH coal diagram, but this was onbviously our main target. In a nice spell of sun on an otherwise cloudy day 66850 plods south through the platforms at Appleby with 6J37 Carlisle - Chirk loaded logs.
