30.9.11 - 66108 6Z88 Doncaster - Carlisle, Dandry Mire

Another beautiful day dawned bright and clear over the S&C and I was out and about early again to get what I could in good light. The first northbound freight that was photographable in sunshine was the empty MEA box wagon diagram working as 6Z88 from Doncaster to Carlisle. The MEAs make a welcome change from the usual high capacity coal wagons we usually see over the S&C. Seen heading north over Dandry Mire viaduct at first light 66108 does the honours.
