27.2.13 - 66613 6M11 Killoch - Fiddlers Ferry, Dandry Mire

This was my first visit to Dandry Mire since the introduction of handrails on the viaduct. It's yet another unwelcome and seemily unncessary part of a bizzare health and safety culture. I hope it doesn't detract from this wide-angle scene too much but I guess everyone will have their own view on that. 66613 slows for the considerable amount of engineers on site at Garsdale whilst working 6M11 Killoch - Fiddlers Ferry FHH coal diagram.
