26.7.11 - 66529 6Z32 Killoch - Ratcliffe, Dandry Mire Viaduct

I headed up to Garsdale after work this afternoon with the intention of getting the re-instated gypsum flow from Fiddler's Ferry. Shortly after I arrived the as required 6Z32 Killoch - Ratcliffe FHH coal diagram worked south behind 66529. I opted for a shot that's been on my to do list for some time. An unorthodox view of Dandry Mire taken from the 'other' side to the more usual vantage point. The attractive Summer sky makes for an interesting result. After this more and more cloud arrived and we returned to steely grey skies that had dominated for much of the day, so I didn't hang around for 4C77. If anyone's interested, the peg for the down line was up for 66515 which was just about to enter the right-hand edge of the frame with a FHH coal empty working.
