22.1.13 - 66102 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe, Bull Gill

This didn't quite work out as I'd have liked. I think if the skies were clearer and I'd had a uninterupted view of the snow covered Pennines this shot would've looked a lot better. Given the conditions, it has a rather drab / grey appearance despite this being taken in full sun. On the plus side it's a powerful sun and snow image and that's rare enough in itself. Running bang on time, 66102 blasts south through a freezing Bull Gill with 6K05 Carlisle - Crewe engineers.
