10.4.06 156448 16.18 Carlisle - Leeds, Kirkby Stephen

The classic location just south of Kirkby Stephen which was a favourite with photographers in the days of steam was one which was on my to do list as soon as I moved up to the area in late 2005. Having done it for this passenger working I'll be unlikely to return, in my view there are much better alternatives for southbound workings at this time. So, for the record, here is 156449 restarting the 16.18 Carlisle - Leeds service away from the Kirkby stop.
