Up an out early today for the first sunny day of the whole 2024 Christmas period. There were many options on where to go including a 37 hauled test train in the East Mids but with the biomass traffic busy recently I headed up to the attractive Blyth & Tyne area and the north east in general. Starting at Lynemouth and Woodhorn for 6N19 with 60095 in charge. Seen getting into her stride less than a mile out from its point of origin at Woodburn south, the GBRf Tug looks looks in good fettle with the short haul working back to Tyne Dock.
