JL - 22.11.25 60026 6N87 Lynemouth - Tyne CT, Lynemouth Starter Signal

A Saturday of very mixed weather after a week of fine and cold conditions which brought snow to the North East and Cumbrian fells. Things had warmed up by lunchtime on Sat and a few hours of decent light was forecast for the Northumbria coast. This would coincide with the 6N87 14:00 empty biomass departure from Lynemouth to Tyne Dock and once I saw my favourite GBRf Tug was on this working my plans were set. A very leisurely drive across the the NE and then a busy spell of photting produced a lovely set of images in the Lynemouth PowerStation complex. I've done 60026 here before, and many of its classmates, but it's a location I love so always nice to make a return. The quality of November winter light was outstanding.
