JL - 24.8.21 43058 & 43059 17:18 Skipton - Appleby, Quarry Farm

The prevailing weather seems to be difficult to forecast at the moment as the actual conditions are often not what was predicted. Today for example was forecast full cloud cover from mid-afternoon and as it turned out the skies cleared out from around 5ish. So it was a late decision then to dash out for both the Mountsorrel and evening Staycation Express. Continuing my sequence of targeting the 17:18 ex-Skipton, I headed for my favourite stretch for Summer's evening northbound workings. Seen at Quarry Farm in lovely clear light LSL's 43058 and 43059 quietly glide past with the final northbound run of the day.
