JL - 10.5.17 66108 6S00 Clitheroe - Mossend, Quarry Farm

Really pleased with this. Of all S&C diagrams this working provides easily the most potential photographic locations and for that reason I love photting it. Just between Moorcock Tunnel and Ais Gill there would be 7 excellent potential vantage points, not to mention the many others north and south of this spot. Along with Lunds one of my favourites is this location at Quarry Farm. The attractive tree in left of frame the distant tunnel mouth, the fell backdrop and curving tracks make for a very pleasing result. In lovely light and warm conditions 66108 powers north with 6S00 Clitheroe - Mossend loaded cement tanks.
