Not one for Summer pictures I was tempted out by the turn up of a GBRf celebrity on the S&C cement working. Something that surprisingly occurs quite rarely given the number of GBRf jobs over the S&C. In fact today was the day for celeb locos as the Biffa Shed had also turned up on the Arcow working, not that I made the effort to head south for that. In lovely Summer evening light Brunswick green 66779 'Evening Star' looks very much at home cruising across Birkett Common with 6C00 Clitheroe - Carlisle Yard loaded cement tanks.
