JL - 12.9.24 66709 4S57 Hams Hall - Mossend, Lune Gorge

After capturing a celebrity Maritime 66 on the S&C gypsum I made the short trip across to the Tebay area for the anticipated northbound freights that would pass within a 20 min period. First DRS’s 68004 thundered through the Lune gorge with 4S44 Daventry - Coatbridge, then GBRf celeb 66709 crawled past preparing to be looped at Tebay with 4S57 Hams Hall - Mossend. It won’t be long until the sun doesn’t get high enough to illuminate this stretch at this time so I’m keen to make the most of it whilst I still can.
