The first day of my 2024 Christmas break very fortunately coincided with a break from the cold and grey conditions. A brisk overnight northerly brought clear and bright conditions across the north and heading out I was spoiled for choice. With a GBRf celeb on the inbound Arcow, a 60 up the Rylstone branch and the Northern Belle running over the LNW I headed for this quiet corner of Yorkshire for a leisurely days photting. After shooting 60085 on the Rylstone branch I headed back across to the LNW for 57313 'Scarborough Castle' on the Northern Belle running under headcode 1Z59 Carnforth - Man Vic.
