JL - 14.3.20 LMS Jub 45562 Alberta (45699 'Galatea') near Helm Rd

The S&C was graced with LMS royalty this afternoon for a tour that was supposed to run south via the Cumbrian Coast. However, due to a landslip, 45562 'Alberta' (actually 45699 Galatea) worked back via the S&C. Alberta was an S&C regular and a particular favorite with photographers in the last days of steam. Seen forging south after the Appleby water stop near Helm Rd.
