Whilst in Newcastle shooting GBRf's 60026 on the Tyne Dock - Lynemouth biomass circuit I had time for a couple of shots of services working south across the stunning King Edward Bridge. I've had this shot in mind for a long time but it's never been possible until today. Set against a superb city vista and in wonderful February light LNER's 801223 eases south with 12:0 Edinburgh - London, Kings Cross.
