With the UK on corona virus lock down, Government guidance allows us to go out for 1 hours exercise per day and even then this can't be too far from home. Realistically, this limits me to a stretch of the S&C and a very short section of the WCML. But a quick trip down to the supermarket at Kendal for essentials allowed me to stop in at Grayrigg this Sunday morning for a couple of expected engineers workings following an overnight possession south of Lancaster.
The second northbound engineers working was 6Y52 (a top and tail affair) with 66555 leading and 66513 at the rear. Seen approaching Grayrigg loop in fine April light where it missed its booked stop.
