One STP job over the S&C today was WCRC working from Buxton to Edinburgh, presumably to capture some of the Christmas shopping travel market. As usual the working was top and tailed, snowplough fitted 47854 was on the front whilst 47804 was bringing up the rear. The excursion is seen heading for Ribblehead viaduct under clear skies.
