Another strike day saw very little of interest working through Cumbria today. Even the slimmed down freight patterns seemed pretty uninteresting. Apart from a GBRf (ex-Colas) Tug had worked into Ribblehead to load up and form 6F69 boxes for Tuebrook. Along with the logss, this was one of only two freights on the S&C today. With a decent load of 22 JNAs, a fair proportion of 60096's tractive output was required to lift the long formation away from Ribblehead sidings. With the drone in the air it was double bubble as I leapfrogged the working whilst it stopped to pick up another GBRf driver at the station. Seen approaching the station 'Impetus' looks down on the famous Station Inn below.
