28.4.11 37703 & 37602 6C53 Crewe - Sellafield, Low Borrow Bridge - West Coast Main Line (north to south)
A new location for me and a very pleasing result for a first effort. The sun was just about perfect for 37603 & 37602 as they cruised through the Lune gorge at Low Borrow Bridge with the diverted 6C53 Crewe - Sellafield nuclear flasks. The high peaks of the Howgill Fells suround the scene. This shot was used in the July 2011 edition of The Railway Magazine. I wish now that I'd chased this across to the Cumbrian coast.
