First shot of the 2013 RHTT workings. I could've gone in closer at either Birkett or Greengates but having seen the filthy state of the locos last week I decided not to bother and go for a cross shot instead. Luckily I got a nice glint on the trailing loco which just helps lift the subject from the incredible Pennine scene. 66424 & 66430 work through Birkett Common with 3J11 Carlisle - Carlisle.
