JL - 19.12.24 60085 6D37 Rylstone Quarry - Hunslet, Eller Beck

The first day of my 2024 Christmas break very fortunately coincided with a break from the cold and grey conditions. A brisk overnight northerly brought clear and bright conditions across the north and heading out I was spoiled for choice. With a GBRf celeb on the inbound Arcow, a 60 up the Rylstone branch and the Northern Belle running over the LNW I headed for this quiet corner of Yorkshire for a leisurely days photting. My main target for the day was of course GBRf's 60085 on 6D37 Rylstone Quarry - Hunslet. This was my first daytime visit to the Rylstone branch and I was working with very limited knowledge and really just going with the flow. In the end I ended up with 7 shots at various locations and after shots at Cracoe and Rylstone I overtook the slow moving diagram for another shot near Eller Beck.
