JL - 24.2.24 60026 6N85 Lynemouth - Tyne Dock, Sleekburn Viaduct

My day out with Helvellyn. I had a singular focus today and that was GBRF's Tug 60026 'Hellvellyn' working biomass diagrams from Tyne Dock to Lynemouth and return. With a bright and clear forecast which was given to cloud up later I headed north east to bag what I could whilst the good weather lasted. I was aiming to get my first shot at Sleekburn viaduct as the unique Brush machine crossed the River Wansbeck. However, my plans became very rushed when I noticed 6N85 had set off in the 9am path rather than the expected 10am path that worked yesterday. If I could make it in time the sun angle would be even better so I rushed to make it. With just seconds to spare I captured the classic Brush lines at a fantastic spot as 6N85 rumbled over Sleekburn viaduct with 6N85 Lynemouth - Tyne Dock empty biomass hoppers.
