You've got to come down from the fells occasionally and today I visited a couple of locations that have been on the to do list for some time with old pal TP. Having already bagged 2 freights at Plumley West behind Class 60s the draw of 2 Colas Grids on the Preston bitumen tanks was too good to miss so it was a dash from Cheshire to West Yorkshire and specifically, Horbury Cutting. Caught in a very lucky patch of sun Colas pair 56090 and 56105 roll back the years as they forge east with 6E32 Preston Ribble sidings - Lindsey refinery. Nothing to show for the rest of the day as the increasing cloud cover filled the skies from the north.
