JL - 8.7.23 68006 6C02 Crewe - Carlisle, Tebay

6:30am on a Summer Saturday and I was up to make the best of the light. With a bright start forecast but storms expected later I headed for Tebay to shoot the morning Crewe - Carlisle engineers. In great light and set against building clouds, DRS celebrity 68006 powers a featherweight 6C02 out of the Lune Gorge and begins the assault on Shap. Worth the early start in my view.
