With the UK on corona virus lock down, Government guidance allows us to go out for 1 hours exercise per day to prevent the spread and 'flatten the curve', and even then this has to be near your home. Realistically, this limits me to a stretch of the S&C and a very short section of the WCML. With no freight on the northern half of the S&C today I headed to Shap Wells as 3 northbound freights were expected within 40 mins of each other. The last of these was the regular 4S35 Seaforth - Mossend working which is seen behind a grubby 66186 at Shap Wells in stunning Spring conditions.
