With clearer skies forecast further east and not much traffic on the stamping ground I headed for Teesside today. Approaching Middlesbrough I saw on RTT that a loaded GBRf coal diagram would be through the town before I could grab a shot so I quickly dived off the A66 and got set up near Preston Park. Before the 66 arrived 43465 and 43468 appeared on a slightly delayed 1A61 08:42 Sunderland - Kings Cross working. With these HSTs due to finish on these workings soon I'm pleased to have added a shot to my collection.
