Slowing for adverse signals due to the preceding late running service train my favourite Class 60, GBRfs 60026 rumbles across Bedlington viaduct with 6N87 Lynemouth - Tyne Coal Terminal biomass empties. I had prioritised this working today but unfortunately, after a stop in Middlesbrough to see the Dawson freight, I didn’t make it to Lynemouth in time to see this diagram thread the power station area, by the time I arrived it was already waiting at the starter signal. Despite that I bagged several lovely shots around Woodhorn and then the main effort, this one at Bedlington.
