My day out with Helvellyn. I had a singular focus today and that was GBRF's Tug 60026 'Hellvellyn' working biomass diagrams from Tyne Dock to Lynemouth and return. With a bright and clear forecast which was given to cloud up later I headed north east to bag what I could whilst the good weather lasted. For my last view of 60026 for the day I headed back to Pelaw, where I'd already got a shot of the earlier inbound diagram. This time she was approaching at speed and I didn't have a lot of time to compose the ideal shot. Still, it's interesting for the record. 6N22 thunders along adjacent to the Metro lines on the approach to Pelaw station.
