Right on the very last knockings of light 70004 made it to Scout Green with seconds of daylight remaining working 4S44 Daventry - Coatbridge. A shot of this working wasn't looking likely because the diagram was around an hour late through Lancashire but it missed the booked loop at Tebay and was going well at this point on the climb. A nice end to a cracking day in the fells and wonderful Howgill backdrop to this view - shame there's a train in it really!
